1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at supporte@gentlemanclubuk.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Repackage the item(s) securely with all original packaging and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: After receiving return authorization from our team, send your return to the address provided in our email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Full Refunds: Given for items returned in compliance with this policy.
- Partial Refunds: May be issued if the item shows signs of wear, use, or missing parts.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

- We will provide instructions for returning the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Standard shipping fees may apply to the new item.
If the item is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund for the original item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting supporte@gentlemanclubuk.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Personalized or customized items
- Final sale or clearance items
